Authentic Israel

The program was well organized, our guide, Irad, was excellent, the participants were all interesting and easy to get along with, and the work we did was worthwhile. We would recommend Authentic Israel to others.

If I could I would give this trip more than 5 stars! It 100% met all the hopes that I had for the trip and surpassed them. I felt driven to offer some support to Israel in her time of need and this was amply fulfilled by getting stuck in to some good old work opportunities. On top of this I felt privileged to meet some remarkable Israelis who rose to the challenges with dedication and boundless energy. Additionally it felt incredibly supportive to bond as a group in our shared drive to help as well as therapeutic to share our very similar experiences of dealing with antisemitism in the diaspora (UK, USA and Canada). I feel energised and buoyed up by this beautiful experience. Big thanks to our tour guide Gadi, who set the tone beautifully for our group to share, learn, work and have fun together! Big thanks to Toby who provided so much personal support around dealing with the cancelled June trip (due to the Iran war) and rescheduling for this wonderful October trip. I highly recommend Authentic Israel 🇮🇱 ❤️

This service trip was incredibly meaningful, heart-warming, and life-changing. It was an honor to serve the soldiers and people of our beloved Eretz Yisrael. There is a great need for our assistance all over Israel and the appreciation and gratitude received from the chayalim and residents for our visits and work filled our hearts with blessings, love, humility, connection, and enormous pride to be Jewish. Our tour guide, Nitzan, was phenomenal, personable, knowledgable, helpful, and professional. We felt safe at ALL times in ALL areas. Terri and Yael of Terri’s Angel’s, along with Toby, did an incredible job planning and organizing this memorable trip. Every activity was rewarding and purposeful, giving us a real sense of connection to the people of Israel. The participants on this tour were kind, warm, and generous of the heart. We have formed friendships that will last a life-time. G-d willing, I am returning on this same trip in February. Please join us and help Terri’s Angels support Israel. Am Yisrael Chai! 💙💙💙

This was a great trip, which exceeded my expectations. It was very well organised and the leader (Gadi) was very informative (and patient with all our questions). There was a good balance between the volunteer work and the sightseeing activities. So much will stay in my memory but I think the Nova site visit resonated with me the most. I have no hesitation in recommending Authentic Israel and would definitely travel with them again.

Irad, our guide, was great, knowledgeable and sensitive to the needs of our group. The days were full, the volunteer tasks were a good way to feel helpful, food was abundant. Having a full tour in the Old City, celebrating shabbat at the Western Wall were once in a lifetime experiences. Most importantly was the mood in Israel, the resilience was powerful and contagious. Thank you
