Love the guitar, I was blown away by the detail and playability, but unfortunately, since you ship via FedEx, I will not be ordering from your company again. The guitar was to be delivered on a Friday, but instead spent the whole weekend in cold weather on the truck and wasn't deliverd until Monday. I have had several issues with the local delivery person and refuse to order any products that will be delivered by FedEx. Should you change carriers, I will be happy to consider further purchases.

As far as shopping at wms I feel fortunate to have stumbled on this company's web site several years ago. I say this because I now own 5 very nice guitar's and would not been able to do this without getting each one at a lower price than any other place that offered similar or same items. All of which are top quality. On the seven or eight orders I have made with them, the rare occasion of a problem to arise they were very prompt and concerned to find a quick and proper resolution.
