The guitar is a great deal BUT the quality is poor. For an ovation, I expected better but because it's made in China, the quality is not the top priority.

At the time I place my order the site did not tell me that the item was out of stock. A few days after placing my order I was contacted that there would be a one week delay but that time has past and I still haven't heard back of when my order will be filled. Almost ready to cancel my order.

Purchased an effects pedal and received no notification that it was on backorder. Had to call several times to be updated on the status of the item and received a different excuse every time. By the time I called to cancel, I was told the item had been ready to ship for several days. Never buying from you guys again.

I ordered a red guitar and they put me on hold due to my credit card and mailing address being different. I called right away and cleared. I then got put on hold for another reason and then you ran out of red guitars. I ended up ordering a pink guitar that I do not particularly like.
