Many of the presentations were

Many of the presentations were sales pitches and those that were not had a lot of overlap in content. I came as a Sr leader to bring content to my team. The content was much more geared toward a mid level or lower audience. The round table discussions needed to be in smaller groups for better access for participation, and the overall space should have been accessible to all to have seats at tables.

Director, Client Program Delivery

Meeting and networking rooms were crowded. Not enough space. speakers were good however little time to connect and discuss with your table or chair group. also vendors not participating felt awkward. Company name was wrong on my badge, no other signage since we didn't sponsor at higher level.

The size of the conference

The size of the conference was nice, although the content lacked what I was looking for.

Many good people and good

Many good people and good content in the main presentations. Ideally there would have been more activities that connect sponsors with participants. Seemed like the vendors paid for much of the conference then were left out of the networking activities. Networking is why the vendors pay to sponsor.

The general session room was

The general session room was way too small. Attendees expect to be able to sit in round tables for discussion and sharing. And then asking non-retailers to leave after already seated at the round table on day one (when it did not say retailers only on agenda) was embarrassing and rude. Having the room and expo space be so small also meant that any discussions were way too loud. Everyone was commenting on it during roundtables or expo events.
