It was my first time attending, and it was totally worth it! The topics discussed were relevant and it was amazing to connect with others in the B2B world. The only thing I would improve is the way workshops are planned/led, with most of the ones I attended, leaving little to no value from the moderator...

The event content was great but I was hounded by sales reps before, during and after the event. I would have liked to see better balance with more practitioners sharing insights, best practices, etc. and less sales push. I literally had people chasing me down in the hallway trying to sell me their services and/or platforms. I'd also recommend re-thinking the workshop portions - the room set ups and approach was a bit hard to navigate for a few of them.
