Strategic future of travel
The event was insightful and validating to confirm what our organization has done since the pandemic to ensure we had a strategically valuable travel program. For example, updated our T/E Policy, sourced a meetings platform, established a meetings and/or travel request form, identified potential leakage, etc.
Discussions and presentation content also confirmed that our roadmap was on track with peers. We also understand the industry challenges and how suppliers will need to partner in order to achieve future goals e.g. sustainability and NDC. In the next quarter, we will contact several suppliers to learn more about their goods and/or services which might benefit our program offerings.
