I really enjoy this conference and this is my second time attending. The speakers are relevant and discuss items that we are all working through currently. I enjoy hearing the different perspectives from institutions that are large as well as small.

The general sessions had very relevant content. The lineup of speakers and their experience/roles in the industry played a major role in the real world use of the feedback they were providing. There is value in the networking and having it from both the credit union and banking industry is a unique component of this conference. I appreciate the intentional efforts implemented to create networking space and time. The track I attended on day two was really good. I look forward to attending Future Branches conferences in upcoming years. **The city of Boston was outstanding too!

Great conference! Nice variety of hot topics and diverse speakers.

The conference continues to get better and better every year. The speakers are solid, and the topics are very relevant. I would recommend that topics such as staff incentives, hiring practices, etc. are also shared. These are definitely important nowadays with some of the challenges faced with remote work, and other industry opportunities. What is the true set up of universal bankers, etc. At the same time, topics on branch profitability should be included, for example on when should a branch typically break even, etc. Overall, enjoyed the conference very much, and thank you for including me as a panelist this year.
