Great little guitar. I can,t believe how well it plays.

I live less than 2 miles from the Redlands warehouse, so I called before placing my online order to pick it up in person. Very friendly and helpful. The amplifier was a great accessory. Both it and my lightweight fit in my suitcase and saved me from boredom during days at sea on a cruise.

I did not know anything about travel guitars and needed to buy one and have it shipped to the Middle East. All of this was going to be very complicated for me. But Jake McMeans took care of everything and also made me feel secure that this guitar would be properly shipped and received by Xmas. He also helped me better understand how to enter all of the shipping information on the website. I emailed him many times with questions and concerns and at all times he was professional and kind with me. He also responded in a timely manor. I would definitely purchase from this company again!
