Thanks to the Instagram responder/s 'and the entire company for the help
Great. I would like to highlight who ever answers your Instagram messages. After the site and chat didn't.seem to be working I wrote on Instagram. The person there went way way way beyond what is expected from a company. They helped me with every nuanced problem, gave me their opinion when I asked it and gave me options on things go try and which I should try first. They always responded the same day sometimes immediately. I wrote some long, probably annoying to be honest lol, messages with detailed questions. They didn't just answer every one they sent me free tools, sent me 2 free saddles when the one I bought was possibly causing the problem. If I asked anything at night every single time I would wake up to a detailed answer. The free stuff is appreciated but that's now why I'm so impressed. It was them allowing me to pick they're brain in this issue and making it a personal mission to make sure every problem I had was solved. Which they have been now. So thank you to the Instagram page. If you want a critique on the website, I would say, and perhaps it is already fixed, but it seems there are some links issues. I have the escape Mark 3 steel string mahogany guitar. When I lost my saddle changing the strings I needed one from you since it has the string slots. On the website looking at accessories for that model even typing in saddle it wouldn't show up. Only the nut which is sold out. I googled "traveler escape MK III saddle" and quickly found a link to your site where you had one for sale. It also was a little vaguely named, I didn't know if it was for my middle or the nylon model etc and it didn't have any information or details on material etc. I would just advise you may want to do a little run through of the site and make sure the product links are all there. It may of already been fixed but I figured I would just point that out. That's what my first message was, asking if it was the correct one. Besides that, I love the guitar, amazing and creative design. I'm very impressed. It does take cosmetic damage very easily. Like scratched etc which I've read from others online, idk why that is, also the rollers with the rail the strings go around is a little enigmatic, there's no info on if you should set it a certain way to make the strings even and centers or your just it end up where it ends up? If I could change anything I would perhaps have it so that stays locked or fits perfect where it should be maybe extra spacers. Unless it's intended to slide back and forth while re stringing but sometimes it will be all the way to the right or left or who knows once the strings are tuned and its to tight to move it at all. Besides that, maybe at least explaining it more in the instructions I have no more to add. And those are just little pieces of advice not complaints. Thank you again to the Instagram responders who ever helped out me with was the profile named gersa_cus
