I honestly, have never had a better buying experience with an outline store. The communication was prompt and accurate. I purchased the new EG-3 and couldn’t be more satisfied with my purchase. I love it so much. I had my guitar instructor try it out and he was absolutely blown away by the quality and feel of the guitar. I had the locking tuners installed by traveler and am so impressed with the tuning stability.

Shipping was very fast and bass seemed new . My only concern is the top B string has too much fret buzz. Any suggestions?

I am a beginner player and I travel a lot for work. I took a risk and ordered the EG-1 to maintain my practice routine when away from home for weeks at a time. I love it. There was a misunderstanding about the installation of the locking tuners but they were able to get it straightened out before they shipped it to me. Shipped with tuners were installed. It was setup great. I'm happy as $h(*!
