I was surprised to have to pay €22 in customs fees on top of the €67 shipping costs. . . exorbitant. . .

I purchased the Scott Froschauer Street Sign INNERSTATE NOW Maquette 8" × 1 only to discover that the item was not signed as listed in the website. I then had to contact your online store in order to obtain a return label, after finding out that there were no signed items available & had to go through the hassle of returning the item. I am now waiting for my full refund. Fortunately, the customer rep was responsive & able to provide label in a timely fashion. I will be much more reluctant to purchase another “signed” item in the future.

Waited 3 weeks for product to arrive. Tracking number never updated until several correspondences.

The package held at the boarder. UPS was very difficult to get a hold of. It took several phone calls and online chat’s to connect to the right person. I then had to pay them $30 to sign for it. Days later it was held again, for duty charges, which were $80. It was a t-shirt! This kind of boarder control is rediculous. I’d love to order from you again, but if I have to pay double just to get it across the border - no thank you.

Unfortunately the experience was not good. I pre-ordered 3 of the newly released Street Art Icons book as Christmas gifts. First the original shipment date was delayed but still with time to receive before Christmas. On Dec 21st I received 1 book only. I reached out via email notifying them of the mistake. An apology email was sent back a day later stating that they would send the remaining order right away vis USPS. I got the notice from USPS that said that the items had not yet been given to them for delivery. The 25th came and went and still no books. I reached out again after the 1st and still USPS did not have possession of the books. I emailed a 3rd time and finally got another notice from USPS that they were going to be in transit after they received the items. Another day went by no delivery. Finally USPS got the items and delivered them on Jan 3rd. The book is fabulous but the customer service and shipping are not good.
