We used Ticket Merchant to buy tickets for the Australian Open after we couldn't get anyone at Ticket Master to answer their phones. Ticket Merchant were lovely and recommended us some great seats and a responsible price. We are happy to be a bit more for this extra service and will be using them again in the future.
