My first time purchasing through this website, and whilst I was panicking a bit when 48hours from game I had not received tickets, I did understand the delay. The seats we had were fantastic and there was no issue downloading the tickets or with entry in to the game.

I was worried at first because it was less than 48 hours before the game and I still hadn't received the tickets. I did receive them the day before the game and the transition was easy. I was able to accept them and upload them straight to my ticketmaster account and scan them at the gate without a problem. I will use ticket merchant again and highly recommend!
