Good customer service

Would be good to direct us to information if we go wrong. E.g correcting a dropped stitch or adding a stitch when not purposed to. These are the things we have come up against. It may be shown in the videos which we have not watched yet but the booklet could be more explicit to this e. G trouble shooting
