I play sheet music with 12-hole ocs and use 6-hole ocs as improv instruments. I have 2 Focalink 6-holes (alto and soprano) and the Songbird Pokeball, and this instrument tops them all. Perfect tuning, great breath pressure, and no airy notes, plus better ergonomics. I thought it would go on the shelf next to the pokeball after the novelty wore off, but I find myself reaching for this sweet potato every time now. I love it.

I have ordered 6 hole and 12 hole Ocarinas from Songbird as gifts. I am sure there will be more requests from my grandsons for additional Ocarinas. Always quality products, great customer service. Songbird is a step above the competition.

Just started playing, but so far it all sounds verry good and the notes come out smoth. Can only imagine its going to sound even better once i get a hang of it.
