I have always had excellent service! Fast, courteous and satisfaction guaranteed!

Long story short, had an issue with shipping, not the fault of Muse kits. I'm going to blame FedEx even though it was kinda my own doing. Anyway, had a situation where my Real Terrain Hobbies Builders Kit got returned to Muse Kits. I contacted customer service and they were very quick to get a replacement box on the way to me with no hassle at all. The kit looked so awesome I decided to order one of their previous projects boxes which also arrived very quickly without issue. That one also looks pretty great. So much so that I'm just going to save myself the hassle of ordering these things individually and just subscribe to the monthly box.

Shipping was fast and the box arrived underaged.

This was my first month and I can’t wait to see what the future boxes hold! I had never worked with clay before and I learned so much. And now I also own the tools if I want to make more.
