It has been MONTHS and MONTHS since I ordered and I still haven’t received or had my item ship. I do not recommend!

I have not received my backorder of Royal mugs.....? My order was placed in June 28 2018.... I suggest that you send an email out to let your customers to let them know when the item will be sent out........ I sent an email to you last week and received no response. your customer service could be better.
