I've always been very satisfied with the quality of products I've ordered from the BBC shop. My only criticism is that sometimes products are not available, or arrive a significant amount of time after the rest of my order.

Surprised that the boxers were different colors, the site showed grey, blacks, quality is very god, well made, wide band looks comfortable

One of the 3 tea tins was dented when I received it . Both cookie tins were fine. I can’t find where to call for a replacement of the dented tea tin.
