Such a good experience ordering my L&L plug n fire link with Sheffield. When the first one arrived damaged, I was so worried I would get stuck in a loop of endless customer service delays or lack of response, having to wait weeks for a new one. Instead, Sheffield's response was so fast and kind with a no-fuss replacement shipped out quickly. We both understand that these things happen but it's a valuable investment that is important to start off strong with when buying new. My second one arrived with no issues and they had FedEx come pick up the damaged one – all within just a few days from the first delivery. Have fired the kiln since and it works great so far.
