We first chose the Skutt kiln we wanted, then chose the retailer. We chose Sheffield because of customer references, their web site, and the ease we had getting some final configuration questions answered. Their technical support is excellent. Their office administrators were very helpful. We only talked to humans. What a pleasure it was spending $5,000 at Sheffield. My wife and I can tell we made a great decision going with them. They quoted up to 7 weeks for delivery. We received or Skutt KM1018-3 in 2. 5 weeks. The shipper Estes did a great job communicating as well. We are very happy.
