My first shipment of clay
My first shipment of clay was lost during the shipping process. After I notified Sheffield about the missing package, Carolyn in the sales department quickly sent another shipment, and I received it a few days later. Carolyn was very patient with me, as I had become overly frustrated with the lost clay (I had very little clay left at home, which doesn't make me happy :)), and she tracked the second package like a hawk to make sure I received it. Great customer service!
