I have found SMP to be the most reliable music dealer in America. Their employees are musicians themselves, and the people whom a customer would speak with are as knowledgeable about the products as I am. If a desired item is backordered, they are able to make reliable recommendations as to alternative items that I might want to consider. What has me hooked on their service is that many of the employees have bothered to get to know me and my preferences as a customer. Although I haven’t had the privilege of meeting them personally, they treat me as if we were professional acquaintances. Why would I go elsewhere?

Binders came quicker than expected. Excellent packaging.

10 out of 10. Needed 2 opera scores, one popular and one rare. Both came in excellent quality and one was even out of print and I received it brand new. Took about 2 weeks for the popular one and about 5 weeks to receive the rarer piece. Plan ahead if you need it.
