Prompt and reasonably priced shipping (to Russia), timely answers via the on-site chat. 20% discount for subscribers is a big plus. The only downside for me is that I a couple of products I was looking for aren't available at RGS (namely Digitech FreqOut and Evidence Audio SIS), had to look elsewhere for them.

Perfect!
