I ordered some gear from Australia and asked for delivery to an address in New York, where I was visiting my sister. There was an issue of supply with one of the pedals but Tanner, in charge of mailing, bent over backwards to get the pedals to me before my departure back to Australia. Fantastic customer service guys!
