I bought a Furch blue electro-acoustic and wrote a very positive review as Colin W. A few weeks later I noticed an issue with the jack plug connection cutting out. I hadn't really plugged in until then. I contacted the company, dealt with Jon (TY so much) and I feel compelled to write an additional review, without a doubt 5 stars, just to report the wonderful after sales service that I got. problem sorted and such great communication and consideration for my happiness as a customer. This shop is the experience you would wish for.

Jake and Richard were amazing during the whole process of coming ups o the shop, playing an abundance of guitars, then settling on a beautiful Furch, ordering the spec, fitting the pickup and then finally sending it to me. They made the whole process super streamlined and were really friendly and informative every step of the way. I am loving the purchase so far and can't wait to make more music on it!
