We received excellent customer service from Jim. There was an issue of duplicate payment where we had paid twice for the tickets. After contacting Queenoftickets were contacted immediately and informed that the duplicate charge would be reversed. We really appreciate the understanding and reassurance as well as the great service to correct this.
