The product was great. But I paid for upgraded shipping. Lable was created 4 business days later and didn't actually ship till 6 business days. Then took another 5 days to ship. I should've just gone with regular shipping and save my money.

Shipped on time, arrived as requested. Plain package made him suspicious.

took almost a month to arrive, believe it was the fault of usps. customer service was fairly helpful.

Shipping time and everything went good

Some add-on features should be included, like reason for sending, i.e. bday, anniversary, etc
