I love mushrooms!
The Polish Arts Center is the only place I have found that always carries the dried mushroom caps for the traditional mushroom barley soup recipe that my great-grandmother brought with her to America. They are the only mushrooms that work! And I love them! They always arrive quickly. And the people at PAC are wonderful to deal with.
