The yarn is just as I expected (I needed it to finish a project). Shipping was prompt and there was a nice little note with the package, as well as a super cute crochet heart to tie the bag. What's there not to like? If i ever need to find yarn online again, i will definitely look at Pitanga first!

The owner is quick with suggestions and is just lovely. The packaging is always done with care and adds a nice touch. I love getting hand written notes to say thanks. Service is very speedy and if she thinks there is an error in your cart (wrong cords for needles she know you have) she lets you know.
