After using (don’t) point-and-shoot 360 cameras like the Theta series for a while I wanted to try a DSLR with a panohead. Jan at the Panosociety gave incredible service, helping me select the right product for my camera and promptly answered questions about shipping etc. As I live outside the EU I was able to forgo EU taxes and paid a smaller amount for import to the country where I live. Based on this experience I would recommend Panosociety for service and shipment worldwide.
