Shipping was ok, took a couple weeks to get to the us, about as expected. As for the order itself I find it hard to cover the numbers with the paint, often having to go 2-4 coats unless put on kind of thick, but then you run the risk of running out. I havent tried any competitors but I have seen an ad for a company that uses red dye, maybe using a light colored dye would be a cost effective solution, orange even? I'll probably purchase more. I like my paintings

I really like paint plot. However, they always take a while to arrive and this time on one of the pictures I bought the numbers were double printed, extra small, not present and generally hard to read. The other one I got was perfect! The paint brushes I bought (I’m addition to the three you get) are good and work just fine.

While I realize it's not completely your fault...I ordered on Jan 18...it's Feb 26 and I still haven't recieved it. Your shipping to the USA is horrible. I'm about to contact you to cancel my order. This alone will stop me from recommending to others.

Shipping for this product took a very long time. The canvas is nice (high-quality) but there were no instructions on how to assemble the frame and attach the canvas. I think I got it done okay but I would have appreciated a paragraph of instructions so I knew I wasn’t missing an important step.
