Have yet to receive refill paint pots

I really didn’t want to give a bad review but I have tried emailing three times and a direct message but had no response. I ordered two sets and I have only received one set of paints, they are for two separate presents, one of which is for a birthday that has now been and gone, I would really like a response to my emails. With some sort of solution.

No problem with shipping. Frame is useless.
