Bought 3 items and only 2 turned up so had to wait another 20 days for the main part to get delivered. Very poor communication and you would think waiting nearly 2 months for your items was acceptable. I won’t be ordering anything else and will try another company in the future which is a shame because the products I bought are very good.

Order took too long to arrive. Paint substandard

Honestly disappointing. The paint texture is thick or thin, resulting in see through or impossible to stay in the lines, not enough of some colours. Brushes are cheap. Canvas numbers are faded and some not readable. Cheat sheet was useless as the numbers were unreadable. I'm struggling to enjoy it or even finish it as it gives me a headache trying to read faded numbers. (I have 20/20 vision I do not wear glasses) it wasn't cheap either so honestly it's upsetting. Not worth it at all. Sorry

Shipping was fine, unfortunately the paint didn't match the picture do therefore I didn't like it I never completed it as its not what I expected.

Given that I’m still waiting for my parcel that I paid and ordered on 13/1/21 I’m not happy.
