The only thing that I am not best pleased with is the huge freight costs involved when purchasing things from JEC.....
Is there an alternative that you can use for orders that are not rush orders or where there is no deadline to meet.?

Chiaki Tamura answered my questions quickly and the answers were helpful in placing my order. Everything shipped quite fast. I'm not quite sure how the lamp box is supposed to be assembled or how to use it (it's incredibly small) but everything is exactly as described and I love the handmade needles.
