I found a picture in a 2015 Japanese Embroidery book that I liked, The book title was in Japanese so I could not even reference the book by name so I send a picture of the book cover and the design piece I wished for. The JEC staff was amazing, they found the design someplace, maybe in Japan and with multiple eMails the staff adjusted the design to my liking. They went above and beyond to please me. I am thankful, pleased, and amazed at the dedication, expertise, and willingness I experienced through the process of getting the design reworked and sent to me in time for my JE Class. Thank you to all who worked on this piece the past 8+weeks.

I had problems downloading an e-book and the folks were super patient with helping me work through my issue....
