I had trouble identifying myself as a member but once that was worked out, the order went smoothly. I haven't received it yet, but I'm sure all will be correct as it has in the past.

Having a list of all the silks and other threads required for the piece I was ordering was a great help and made ordering those a much simpler task. Unfortunately, there was no option for USPS on the Shipping Method page but I overcame that by leaving a message on the final page and the JEC quickly confirmed that they would ship with USPS.

I would have liked to talk to a person when I called the other day instead of getting an email saying that you would get back to me in 3 days.
