Bought a used grand piano and sold off our old upright piano using the consignment sale. No complaints whatsoever. Main thing about this shop is that there is a wide selection of pianos.

We purchased a Petrof upright piano here in May 2017, after visiting this store and a few others in the area. We kept coming back to Northwest Pianos because of their selection, their friendliness, their expertise, their respect for our needs to have personal space to try the pianos out and talk about things alone, and their professionalism during our browsing and our purchase. The piano tuner is really fantastic and came to our home and did a wonderful job. Everything about our transaction was spotless and seamless. I was looking for Yamaaha U-3 for my daughter. I visited another store before and found a cheaper U-3, but I wanted to do more research, so I visited Northwest Pianos. I met Terry, store manager. He is such a gentleman and friendly! He gave us lots of information about pianos, so it was very helpful. I was impressed by his knowledge and love for the piano. I asked him some questions and he answered me with every single detail. I just felt like doing business with him should be great ! I trust him and his advice, so I decided to buy a piano there. On the day I bought it, it was already after 6 ( store closes at 6pm). He didn't mind the time at all and spend time with me and finished all paperworks.He even gave me discount and free tuning certificate ! My daughter and I have been playing this piano and we love it !! It is like new condition and have really beautiful sound. I am truly happy for this shopping at Northwest Pianos. I strongly recommend this store whoever interested in buying a nice piano with good deal !! Thank you Terry !!

The sales people were helpful, patient and did a good job at explaining the different features of the piano. The delivery and set up was done quickly and with no problems.
