We bought a used grand piano at Northwest, and the store manager, Cheri was very helpful and responsive in our communication. We shopped 3 piano stores, and found the one we love at Northwest. They have different selections, and the price is right. Delivery is professional and very efficient. The whole process is very smooth, and I can't find one thing to complain.

I got a beautiful deal on a fantastic Yamaha C3 piano. This piano is in perfect condition and sounds great. I was impressed with the wide selection of quality pianos and the great service by the sales team before and after the sale. Highly recommended! -Bill B
