A little long in arriving but once after a few emails I was able to follow the delivery process. I was just worried it would be stolen but USPS put in the box so it was not “hanging” out on my doorstep

No reply from customer service snd wrong name on necklace

The design looks much nicer in person than it did on the website. But the finish became spotted after only one or two uses--they look like water spots, but don't wash off and are not completely removed by silver polish. That's disappointing.
