I bought this thinking it was books and they are downloads. I spend $98 on downloads that I have to print myself. Never again.

My computer's security software is warning me not to open your downloads. Therefore, I have no idea how good or bad it is. Can you make any suggestions as to what am I to do now?

I ordered the hero’s and Virtues beginning this month. I still haven’t received the print outs. I have sent a message to you last week someone was going to look into it. I had no response. Regards Maria
