I dont get tracking info I wasn’t notified that my card didn't go through since I was able to complete my purchase. I dont get any shipping information. When an item is backordered, im not notified. Notes not arriving when promised. Why sell music that you know is backordered? Label that before the customer completes purchase, not after… not even offering refund

It is laughable that the online is audio only whereas, with access to a cd player, video is included. Overall the package seems dated and the discrepancy between the ukulele included (pale wood with a stamp around the sound hole) and the one pictured on the box (a lovely dark wood with inlay around the sound hole) is disappointing at best. Submitted pictures to your customer service.

Bought re a l book with backing tracks in 2016 or so.,my iPad malfunctioned and I can't retrieve from icloud .tried to buy a new book only to find th a t I had to get some code and they could no longer just email a IL me my tracks.i no longer have proof of purchase .and customer service was rude and condescending extremely!

Inside book says play along included, Hal leonard anwser no play along included . False publicity i return the book to Amazon and i was refunded . Will not by anything from Hal leonard again
