I needed to know exactly which part tracks are included on the CD. The description said just "choir tracks," and there were just the combined vocals and accompaniment. Not helpful for learning.

It has been very difficult to figure out how to get the music to my students’ homes. The secretary mistakenly sent the media packet that they certainly didn’t need and the music was complicated to access and email to them separately. I need additional scripts, but I don’t know how to get them. This is new to our school.

It was hard to get the order done until we worked out the details on payment. Shipping was never included on anything so I was surprised at the end by how much it was. The cost of the kit we ordered went up after we ordered, although it was not shown as increased on the site, and still isn't. Customer service was good but I shouldn't need to email 5 times. Be aware, they will not take payments from clubs, only the school district. Next time I will just use MTI and pay a little bit more, since that is where the digital resources eventually came from.

I am actually still waiting to hear back on my request!
