I switched from being a lifelong user of medium tortoise celluloids and the Gravity Gold Axis is my first 1mm. I was hooked within the first 5 mins. After breaking in a new set of strings, this pick really let's the sound of the guitar shine through rather than the sound of the pick. I only go back to the celloid if I'm playing with a full band and need the sound of the pick and the strings to cut through a mix.
