Received order, but unable to track due to tracking info wasn’t for my order…

I will never use this company again. They got my billing address incorrect when I used Apple Pay that has it as a default setting. Nobody else has ever done that. And then they didn’t use my shipping address and used my home address that doesn’t receive mail. Used the tracking system that they gave me which continuously said for over a week that a change was requested, which was the correct shipping address. That status never changed and can you continue to tell me that when I tracked it. Even after they told me my item was shipped and I looked up the tracking number. It kept saying that they hadn’t received the package from the company. I’m sitting here almost 3 weeks later. Still waiting for my item to be received. Horrible customer service. I would recommend finding a different outlet for your purchases.
