Talked with Alex and he has wonderful customer service. I received the Rapunzel Tower and the box was damaged on the side of the box. I told him will not be opening until Christmas for my granddaughter. He told me if anything is wrong with the figarine just call him and it can be returned.

Everything worked out perfectly. The packaging was so professional. Love the artwork.
