Initially I had difficulty with my order. It was a PayPal issue, not a Curly Girl issue. The associate who worked with me to figure this out hung in there and provided excellent customer service. It took multiple emails, refunds, do-overs, and problem solving but we got it done. I was impressed by her tenacity, her commitment to making my order successful.
Additionally, my daughter received her first box almost immediately after we got the order details untangled. It was super fast service.
