The whole process was good. All is well and campers are happy.

Always a pleasure to order from you. Everything is well packaged and arrives with in a short period of time.

I was able to travel through your SALE site quickly. Found supplies I wanted. All clearly marked. Quick check out.

I love their products! However it is difficult to look up what you want. I would like to Search by products like steel shot, wick away, Prinston brush. I’d also like to have my items saved when I sign in to my account if I have to leave before I’m finished purchasing! Great quality products. Thanks! Cathy

Cool Tools has a good selection, frequently has free shipping days, and has really good instructional videos. I am consistently happy with my purchases. I've never had any problems with orders so, I have never had to contact customer service to fix any issues.
