I received my paragon kiln so quickly. Every place else I checked had a 4-6 wk timeline for shipping but Cool Tools had mine to me within a week. Their prices were also better than the other places I checked. They have such a vast inventory of metal clay supplies that there is no need to look elsewhere.

Cool Tools is a great store to shop for all my metal clay needs...they have everything, great service with quick response time..fast shipping. I have been happy with everything i have ordered so far...the only negative thing i can say is i wish they would offer more sales and discounts...thanks Cool Tools, i love ur shop...Michele

Great customer service, and awesome products. Every single thing I have gotten has been excellent quality and have been packaged well. Also shipping has been extremely fast!

Easy site to navigate, I like that you have lots of sales!
