Lady on the phone was so nice and helpful.

I am very happy with my purchases. Fast service. Quality for your money. Thank you. Looking forward to making necklaces and earrings.

The order came quickly even unexpectedly before Christmas - packaged very, so felt I received extremely good customer service in these harsh delivery times of December, 2021.

I really enjoy so much about cool tools. Thecway that everything is presented is not intimidating . Everything is one step at a time. They really know how to come down to a basic level . Even the advanced information it's still presented in a way that it's enjoyable learning and not intimidating at all. I just felt like I wanted more and to keep continuing with more videos.

Love the products.
