great service, great shipping, great packing. absolutely no complaints. cool tools always comes through with flying colors.

nice doing business with you guys. You guys make nice looking jewelry. Mine never turn out as well as I expect.

Excellent! So much to choose from

CoolTools had the products I like to use in my Jewelry making hobby. I appreciate their instructional videos. Their website is easy to navigate and find everything I need.

Have had no problems with products or customer service.
